1976 a dream came through: the opening of La Clef des Champs in Sainte-Adèle. 

"Our passion, knowledge and hard labour created a place of enchantment where the art of dining was at its best. It's our pleasure and honour to see you take over La Clef des Champs."

Those were the words of Chef Jean-Louis Massenavette and his life and career spouse Yvonne Massenavette whom have spent 34 years of their lives as Chef, owner, and director of La Clef des Champs and this is for us a main source of motivation to bring back this unique quality of the restaurant to the Laurentians.

It is with great pride that a new and great team takes over the restaurant La Clef des Champs.

Led by Chef Louis Vincent de Paul and Chef Nicolas Teissier with the unconditional support of Carlos Rosado who will be your host and guide in this new adventure, you our client will be our only reason to exist.
